Media Buyer and Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistant Duties include but not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Processing Mail
- Processing Client Invoices
Media Buyer Assistant Duties:
Assist Media Buyers with tasks and projects as needed primarily with paid search, paid social and out of home buys.
- 4-year college degree with an emphasis in Advertising and/or Marketing.
- Excellent computer skills including proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Minimum 1 year experience working in an office
- Good mathematical aptitude
- Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Minimum 1 year experience with Facebook/Instagram platforms, Google Adwords, Microsoft Ad Center and Google Analytics
- Available to work in the Incline Village office Monday-Friday during normal business hours (830-5p)
Job Skills Preferred – but not required:
- Google Analytics Reporting
- Prior experience buying and planning media
Starting at $17-$20 per hour – Depending on experience
24-40 hours a week*
*This is an hourly position which has potential to transition to a full-time salaried position with benefits based on performance.
