Media Buyer and Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant Duties include but not limited to:

  •      Answering phones
  •      Processing Mail
  •      Processing Client Invoices
  •      Filing

  

Media Buyer Assistant Duties:

Assist Media Buyers with tasks and projects as needed primarily with paid search, paid social and out of home buys.

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree with an emphasis in Advertising and/or Marketing.
  • Excellent computer skills including proficient in Microsoft Office  (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in an office
  • Good mathematical aptitude
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Facebook/Instagram platforms, Google Adwords, Microsoft Ad Center and Google Analytics
  • Available to work in the Incline Village office Monday-Friday during normal business hours (830-5p)

Job Skills Preferred – but not required:

  • Google Analytics Reporting
  • Prior experience buying and planning media

Compensation:

Starting at $17-$20 per hour – Depending on experience

24-40 hours a week*

*This is an hourly position which has potential to transition to a  full-time salaried position with benefits based on performance.
